A hosting agreement, which may be terminated by either party with a 30 day notice.
Cost is based on the costs for the convention or event. Typically it is 2% of each admission, ticket and/or table for the event, adjusted to meet your event requirements (if your event is free, this service is free), with a minimum $50/month. Additional costs for kiosks and on site services as requested. All costs are negotiated on a per-event basis, special rates available for not-for-profit organizations.
