RPG » Looking for a WoD book
I'm doing some searching for a colleague in Germany who's exhausted his local options. He's looking for the Order of Hermes book from the revised edition of White Wolf's Mage RPG. Here's a link to a sample: http://www.amazon.com/Tradition-Book-Order-Hermes-Ascension/dp/158846413X I know there's a pretty hardcore crew of WoD fans in the area, so I'm trying to put a shout out. General Chatter » A New Trek Series (Pie in the Sky)

Every now and then I ponder the notion of what the next Trek series might look like. Sooner or later, there's bound to be one, after all. Surely Paramount's not THAT stupid. :) Personally, I'd prefer to see a new show follow an ER-style model, where the characters are what drive the story, and the plot serves as a backdrop to the direct character-oriented stories. Some of the best Trek episodes went this way (consider the Lower Decks TNG ep), and I think a series could be supported on the idea. Thoughts?

This is a clearinghouse topic for anyone who happens by to post a quick blurb on their most favorite movie scenes ever, and explain why. I've got a couple that will follow, just to give an idea what I mean. When you reply to this topic, reply to this specific post, rather than the last post in the line. That way the replies won't scroll off the side of the screen. ;)
